<h3>Solution : The admin needs to assign the user to the terminal from the dashboard.</h3>Please follow the steps here to assign the terminal:<ol><li>Go to Terminals page.</li><li>Click on Invite user and add users’ phone number and click on search.</li><li>Then add the user details and click Invite.</li><li>Next, the user will be able to use the terminal with their mobile number or their email.</li></ol><img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/634873053/586c4986c1c427975dc0b86d/image.png">

Error 4016: Email doesn’t exist

<h3>The admin needs to disconnect the terminal in order for the user to login.</h3><h1>Solution</h1>You can disconnect the termina from the Merchant Dashboard by following the steps below:<ol><li>Open Terminals tap.</li><li>Under User section you will view the device information's.</li><li>Click on Disconnect Device.</li></ol><img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/634855537/e22dfe000ed8ee771f23545a/image.png">

Error 4035: Terminal is already connected with another device

Solution : the provided client uuid is not correct , please check the jwt and make sure you are using the correct client uuid.

Error 4036 :Client uuid not found

Solution : the provided terminal id is not correct , please check the jwt and make sure you are using the correct client uuid.

Error 4037: Terminal id not found

Error 4038 : invalid JWT(data object is missing)

Solution : The admin needs to assign the terminal to the user from the dashboard.Please follow the steps here to assign the terminal:<ol><li>Go to Terminals page.</li><li>Click on Invite user and add users’ details.</li><li>Next, the user will be able to use the terminal with their mobile number.</li></ol><img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/634859059/3d7878eafd2f01790e4cd857/image.png">

Error 4039: Mobile number not registered

Solution: Please check your internet connection.
