What Are Employees?

<p>Reconciliation is the process of calculating the counts and amounts of the transactions processed by a particular terminal.</p><p>Please note the following on reconciliation:</p><ul><li><p>Reconciliation is normally done at the end of the day</p></li><li><p>Reconciliation is done on terminal level not in merchant level</p></li></ul>

What are Reconciliations?

<p>Is an action initiated by NearPay SoftPOS which can be created due to a purchase action, a refund action and a reverse action.</p>

What are Transactions?

<p>Terminal determines how many SoftPOS is needed in the merchant (branch). For example of the merchant has 3 hardware devices, he will need to have 3 terminals.</p><p><br>Please note that the relationship between merchant and terminals is one to many, meaning that one merchant can have one or more terminals but one terminal should belong to only one merchant.<br>​<br>Also note that one user only can be assigned to a terminal.</p>
