<p>Terminal users are the employees who will be assigned to a terminal to be able to access it. The relationship between users and terminals is one to many, meaning one user can be assigned to many terminal but one terminal can only be assigned to one user.</p>

Where do I find the Transactions?

<p>The merchant represents a site or store that can have one or more terminals operating.</p>

What's merchant?

<p>Terminal determines how many SoftPOS is needed in the merchant (branch). For example of the merchant has 3 hardware devices, he will need to have 3 terminals.</p><p><br>Please note that the relationship between merchant and terminals is one to many, meaning that one merchant can have one or more terminals but one terminal should belong to only one merchant.<br>​<br>Also note that one user only can be assigned to a terminal.</p><p></p>

What are Transactions?

What are Reconciliations?

What Are Admins?

<p>Moving one terminal from one merchant to another will result in moving its transactions and reconciliations as well.
